Although, now I’m allergic to pretty much all seafood, Mussels were my favorite and any food that is stuffed always brings pleasure. If you like Mussels, you’ll definitely like this recipe.
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 onion
- Red and green peppers
- bechamel sauce
- tabasco sauce
Instructions - How to Make
- Fry vegetables and add fry tomatoes, boiled egg and chopped mussel.
- Seasoned and add Tabasco at taste.
- When the mix is cold, fill the shells of mussel and cover with bechamel (white sauce).
- Finally pass the eggs for breadcrumbs and fry.
