The Pipirrana tapa is a Spanish salad that you can pretty much place any of your favorites such as tuna fish, potatoes. It is fresh and the key are tomatoes.
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 2 pickles
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- olive oil
Instructions - How to Make
- Chop the pickles, onion, tomatoes and the pepper.
- Crush in a mortar oregano and garlic.
- Mix all, add a glass of water.
- Add oil and salt at taste.
