Ingredients

  • ½ kg. of clams
  • 1 kg. of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Parsley
  • 1 green peppers
  • Threads of saffron
  • Cayenne chili pepper
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Salt

Instructions - How to Make

  1. Clean and chop mushrooms, put in a saucepan, where previously we do a mince with onion, garlic, ½ pepper and some threads of saffron.
  2. Saute all and add a wine and 1 Cayenne chili pepper.
  3. Move to the sauce and then add clams until they open.
  4. Serve and Eat.
