Very easy to make famous tapa throughout Spain. If you’re a big meat eater you will enjoy this. I would serve with a baguette to pass on the chorizo flavor!
Cider Chorizo Recipe
- glass of cider
- parsley (optional)
Instructions - How to Make
- Cut the chorizo in 5 cm a piece and marinate in cider.
- Later cook it slow in a pan over low heat until all of the alcohol has evaporated and only fat is left. Serve hot in a small dish with toothpicks.
- A glass of cider or white wine is recommended to accompany this popular Spanish tapa.
