  • parsley (optional)

Instructions - How to Make

  1. Cut the chorizo in 5 cm a piece and marinate in cider.
  2. Later cook it slow in a pan over low heat until all of the alcohol has evaporated and only fat is left. Serve hot in a small dish with toothpicks.
  3. A glass of cider or white wine is recommended to accompany this popular Spanish tapa.
