Calamares a la Romana is Romane Squid in English. If anything, it is one of the most typical Spanish tapas every time that I go out!
- 2 Big squids
- 2 lemons
- 2 eggs
- 200 g. of flour
- Olive oil
Instructions - How to Make
- Clean squids, remove the bones, fins and tentacles.
- Cut the bags in ring each of 1 cm., put in a bowl and spray with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Leave marinade for 30 minutes.
- Later pass the squid per flour and whipped egg, and fry in hot oil. Remove the excess oil with paper, serve the squids wit lemon slices.
