Ingredients

  • 1 Red sausage from Candelario (in Canary Islands ) gives 5 pieces
  • Batter Mix: 1 Egg, 125 grams of Flour, 1 tsp of Yeast
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

Instructions - How to Make

  1. Cut the red sausage in slices (one finger thick).
  2. Mix the flour and the yeast with a little salt and the beaten egg.
  3. Wrap the sausage in the batter and fry it in very hot, deep oil, allowing them to rise.
  4. Drain to remove excess fat
