Although, now I’m allergic to pretty much all seafood, Mussels were my favorite and any food that is stuffed always brings pleasure. If you like Mussels, you’ll definitely like this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Mussels
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 onion
  • Red and green peppers
  • parsely
  • garlic
  • tomatoes
  • bechamel sauce
  • tabasco sauce
  • breadcrumbs
  • flour

Instructions - How to Make

  1. Fry vegetables and add fry tomatoes, boiled egg and chopped mussel.
  2. Seasoned and add Tabasco at taste.
  3. When the mix is cold, fill the shells of mussel and cover with bechamel (white sauce).
  4. Finally pass the eggs for breadcrumbs and fry.
