If you are tired of the food at home I’ll show a simple dish, the sea that you can prepare in your home without any problem, potatoes stuffed with sausage.
Honestly this dish is something I’m not used to seeing in restaurants so if you want to be original, you know what to do.
Ingredients for 4 people:
This recipe is for up to 4 people, although they could be in May. Here are the ingredients we need.
We started cooking whole potatoes in a pot of boiling water, add a little salt and let simmer for 40 minutes. An interesting point is that we’re going to cook the potatoes so it better if they are new potatoes.
While potatoes are cooking chop an onion and poached in a pan with oil (remember, over low heat.)
When the onion is poached in a dish and retired in the same pan fry the sliced sausages previously. When we add browned onion and poached glass of white wine and let cook until the wine reduces.
Once the potatoes are cooked cut them in half (lengthwise) and we are taking a teaspoon of meat from the potato and place it in a bowl.
At the same time place the drained potatoes in a baking tray and fill with sausage.
After we add cheese on top and put it in the oven to gratins for about 3-4 minutes at 200 º.
With the inside of the potatoes that we can drain mash to add it to the meat of the potato salt, pepper and one egg yolk and then we mashing with a fork all.
Finally add a glass of milk (something close) and continue crushing with a fork to mash left to us.
To serve warm enough with a few minutes in the microwave.
