Pipirrana

The Pipirrana tapa is a Spanish salad that you can pretty much place any of your favorites such as tuna fish, potatoes. It is fresh and the key are tomatoes.

  • Pipirrana Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, 1 green pepper
  • 2 pickles
  • 1 onion, 1 garlic clove
  • orégano, salt & pepper, olive oil

Directions

  • Chop the pickles, onion, tomatoes and the pepper. Crush in a mortar oregano and garlic. Mix all, add a glass of water. Add oil and salt at taste.
