Recipes

  • Eggplant Salad Tapa

Ingredients

  • 750 g. of roasted red peppers
  • 750 g. of roasted eggplant
  • 500 g. of roasted onion
  • Salt,4 spoonfuls of olive oil, 1 chopped clove of garlic

Directions

  • Mix all together to make a salad and its great. You be the judge for salt.
