In Spain, the Bacalao Fish is my favorite!

  • Cod Fish With Peppers

Ingredients

  • Fillet of desalt bacalao (cod fish)
  • Green pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Oil, Garlic

Directions

  • Put in a saucepan peppers and garlic. Later, add chop Bacalao and a bit of Cayenne then leave cooking on middle fire, when is ready serve Bacalao.
