Bacalao with peppers
In Spain, the Bacalao Fish is my favorite!

- Fillet of desalt bacalao (cod fish)
- Green pepper
- Cayenne Pepper
- Oil, Garlic
- Put in a saucepan peppers and garlic. Later, add chop Bacalao and a bit of Cayenne then leave cooking on middle fire, when is ready serve Bacalao.
