Ingredients

  • Toasted Bread
  • Foie gras
  • Piquillo Peppers
  • Anchovies & Mayonnaise

Directions

  • Place over the bread a bit of foie gras , over that a mousse, it was prepared with peppers and mayonnaise and finish with 3 anchovies.
